its principal place of business in Jupiter, FL offers its T-Table
product (the "Product") with the terms, conditions and notices as
follows: Terms of Use This Product is offered to you conditioned upon
your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and
notices contained herein. Purchase and/or use of this Product implies
acceptance of all such terms, conditions, and notices. Manufacturer’s
Warranty The Product is warranted to be free of defects due to workmanship,
materials and construction. In the unlikely event that the warranted
Product should prove defective during the warranty period, the original
purchaser may return product for a replacement up to 30 days from
the original date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. This
warranty does not apply where the Product has been abused, misused,
or improperly maintained. Any modifications of this Product, such
as staining, painting, drilling, sanding, or disassembly will void
this warranty automatically. This warranty applies to household use
and does not cover damage or Product failure caused by misuse, accident,
negligence or commercial use. No Unlawful or Prohibited Use Stealth
Innovations warrants the Product against structural defects and against
defects in mechanisms. None of these warranties covers abuse, accidents,
product neglect, acts of nature or misuse of the Product. The Product
has been designed for personal use only. Any circumstances involving
injury from improper use (ie. Sitting or standing on the Product or
use of the Product in any way as it was not intended or designed)
of this Product deems Stealth Innovations free of liability to injuries
incurred or damages sustained. In addition, any modifications of this
Product may adversely affect the warranty coverage for this Product
as purchased. Patents The Product is protected by the following patent:
US Pat. 6,257,153 Personal and Non-Commercial Use Limitation This
Product is for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify,
copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish,
license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information,
software, Products or services obtained from this Product. Disclaimer
of Warranties and Limitation of Liabilities Stealth Innovations makes
no other express or implied warranty with respect to the Product other
than the limited manufacturer’s warranty set forth above. In
no event shall Stealth Innovations be liable for any direct, indirect,
punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, or any damages
whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of this
Product. Stealth Innovations shall not have any obligation with respect
to the Product or any part thereof, whether based on contract, tort,
strict liability or otherwise. Buyer assumes all risks and liability
from use of the Product. Furthermore, in no event shall Stealth Innovations,
its directors, officers, employees, affiliates and representatives
be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
related to the Product. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase
within 30 days, we'll make it right. NO QUESTIONS ASKED. NO REFUNDS
ARE PERMITTED WHATSOEVER AFTER 30 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF ORDER. REFUND
